I originally planned on using a different application to create my podcast however, after discussing with other classmates I chose to use Audacity. The software was very easy to navigate through. I thought the whole process of creating a podcast was fun. I made my script and asked one of my friends to bey narrator. However, I believe the podcast took me a longer amount of time to complete than the estimated time completion. I was in the library for about two and a half hours working on my podcast.
Wow, I thought you did an incredible job on this project! I really liked the clarity and the sound of your voice as you were speaking. The format of it, I thought was really good as well. It was easy to follow and nice to listen to. I don’t really have any suggestions but because I have to come up with one, I guess it would be to be careful when pausing and restarting the recording because you could hear it during the presentation (it wasn’t that big of a deal though). Again, great job!
Thanks Mary!! I appreciate your suggestion and comments on what you liked in my podcast!
Great job Emily! The format of your podcast was very organized and well done. I really enjoyed how your story had two parts to it: one from your childhood and one aspect regarding your high school teacher. If you were to change anything about this project, I would suggest adding a little more about how your story connects with Dweck but I thought your presentation was really well done!

Thank you Keara!
I thought this podcast sounded very professional, especially with how clear the recording came out. The interview format is great and helped the me understand where in your narrative you were. The interviewer also broke up the narrative quite nicely. Other than the suggestion given in the previous comment, the only suggestion I have is that if you wrote a full script out, try just doing bullet points and improving the lines.
What I meant by “improving the lines” was just doing more improvisation.
Thank you Tanner! I definitely will take your comment into consideration!
Hi, Emily,
As your classmates noted, your use of the interview format is engaging. Your transition from your grandmother’s influence to your teacher sponsor was done well. Nice job!
